Hospital Tip Hinge

For applications in hospitals and psychiatric wards, the Bommer Butt Hinges are available with a hospital tip. The tips of the barrel are “rounded” to help prevent hanging objects on the hinge. The hinge pin is not removable.

The hospital tips are designed for use in medical areas to facilitate cleaning and, more importantly, to prevent tampering and/or injury in security areas and mental institutions. Any butt hinge from our assortment can be made with hospital tip.
